Application privacy notice

This application is for adults aged 18 or over. It does not publish a profile or enroll you in marketing.
Who is responsible
Obeyria is operated by Obeyria Hong Kong, at 5555 TAI NAN WEST STREET, LAI CHI KOK, KOWLOON, in Hong Kong. For application or privacy questions, contact applications@obeyria.com.
What you choose to share
We collect your contact information, country, languages, experience, income goals, availability, interests, limits, collaboration and travel preferences, visibility preferences and answers you choose to give. Optional information includes your stage name, city, public profile links, interests, boundaries and notes. Some of these answers may reveal sensitive information about your interests or personal life. Please share only what is necessary and comfortable for you.
We do not ask for your legal name, identity documents, photographs or uploads. Please do not include anyone else’s private information.
Why we use it
By ticking the confirmation box, you confirm that you are 18 or older and consent to our use of your answers, including any sensitive preferences you choose to share, to review your application and contact you through the details you provide. We record this consent and the notice version. Nothing in this application becomes public automatically, and selecting an interest does not authorize publication or use of your content.
Where it goes
Authorized Obeyria reviewers can access your structured application in Supabase, hosted in South Asia (Mumbai, India). Cloudflare hosts the application site and provides Turnstile abuse protection. Resend processes application acknowledgements and internal notifications. These providers may process technical data in other locations according to their service terms and the arrangements used by the operator.
Internal email contains limited routing details: application reference, stage name, country/city, email, preferred contact method and supplied public links. Your private preferences, boundaries and free-text answers are not emailed. We do not sell your application or use it to create a marketing list.
Security and abuse prevention
We use encrypted connections, restricted database access and server-side validation. The application service does not store your raw IP address or user agent. It uses a rotating keyed digest of the IP address to limit abusive requests; these records expire within 24 hours and are removed by the scheduled cleanup. Cloudflare may separately process IP addresses and device signals for security. No application answers are sent to analytics.
How long we keep it
Applications and their associated notification records are deleted after 90 days from submission, unless you separately agree to transfer relevant details into the full onboarding process before then. If you withdraw, we delete the application once the request is verified. Provider logs, emails and backups may persist for their configured retention periods; the operator must apply the corresponding deletion procedures.
Your choices
You may stop before submission. Answers are held in memory in this browser tab: moving back keeps them, while refreshing or closing the tab clears them. We do not save draft answers in localStorage or sessionStorage. Opening this notice in a new tab does not clear your application.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or withdraw your application by emailing applications@obeyria.com and quoting your reference. We may need to confirm the request came from you. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out; it means we cannot continue assessing the application. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have additional rights, including a right to complain to your relevant data protection authority.
What happens next
We review applications individually. If there is a good fit, we may invite you to a deeper onboarding survey with a separate explanation of the next-stage processing. This first application does not commit you to publish content or guarantee acceptance or earnings.
